Barbara Kruger's Untitled (It) is a site-specific work that reinitiates the façade projects that have been an integral part of LAXART’s identity. From billboards to shopping bags to site specific museum installations, Kruger’s bold, graphic sensibility has become iconic. As signage, Untitled (It) speaks to its immediate Santa Monica Boulevard environ with its pawn shops and peep shows, dollar stores and nail salons, marijuana dispensaries and currency exchanges. The mural will remain on-view through the end of 2018.
