OPPORTUNITIES
LA><ART DESIGN INTERN
Needed: LA><ART Design Intern who is looking for experience in website management, working on small graphic design projects and working with a young, exciting non-profit art space.
Main Projects: Under the supervision of our Web/Tech Consultant and Graphic Designer, the Design Intern will help maintain the site www.laxart.org and also work on projects such as designs for our media sponsor site uber.com, in-house materials and upcoming book projects.
- Regular Tasks:
- Aggregating, formatting, archiving and uploading documentation to the website
- Periodically building new pages and micro-sites to accommodate special projects and events
Time Commitment: 10 hours a week
Skills: Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, Dreamweaver.
Preferred: Flash, experience with cms and php, other content management systems, and/ or programming.
